Once you have configured Mailchimp with Wajooba, you can start creating and sending email campaigns right from Wajooba.
For this document, we will assume that you have already integrated Mailchimp with Wajooba
Following are the steps to on How to Create a Campaign
Step 1:
Click on Email Campaigns from the left Navigation menu
Step 2:
Click on “Add a Campaign” on the top right corner of your screen.
Once you are on the page that opens up after clicking on the above button, fill in the required fields as you see fit and then click on “Next”.
Select Tag is where you can select the right Tag to send emails to the right audience
Step 3:
The next step involves selecting an email template that you think goes well with the message, intention with your target audience. You can always edit the template and also create new ones for future use
There are ready-made templates built for specific types of classes and courses, making the process easier.
Once you select a template of your liking, the next process involves creating the content for the same and adding necessary images and other elements into the body of the email.
Step 4:
You can use the menu on the right side of the screen to customize the email.
Add Rows and then add the content to those rows, like Videos, images, social media icons etc.
Once you are done customizing, click on the submit button in the lower right corner of your window.
You can then choose to send you an email marketing campaign immediately or schedule it for a later time.
Step5.
Click Submit, this will create the Email Campaign in Mailchimp.
Step6 - Send Email Campaign
You can always click edit the email campaign, and Once you are ready,
Click on Send Campaign, to send the Campaign or schedule it.
Step 7 - View Campaign Performance
To see the performance, you can always open the Campaign and check out the stats
